Blogging is the best and worst thing sometimes - the best because one's constantly finding people doing so many things one would like to try and the worst because one is constantly wondering how people manage to find time to do all these things and feeling inadequate to the task. A good local library is a fanatastic asset, isn't it.Jeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14553005051612551946noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5266224907043302947.post-409246881693408322010-05-09T18:09:39.513+01:002010-05-09T18:09:39.513+01:00Wow - what a lot of inspiration you've found i...Wow - what a lot of inspiration you've found in those fantastic books.

The Decorative Page looked very intriguing.

There are some extrememly tallented folk out there - I just wish I was one of them :0)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16845451731282180142noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5266224907043302947.post-56949065316261207142010-05-09T13:44:31.690+01:002010-05-09T13:44:31.690+01:00I can see you turning into a journaler and bookbin...I can see you turning into a journaler and bookbinder before too long.... where are you going to start? What about transferring those lovely photos of you as a young girl onto some fabric and incorporating them with other mementos into a book? The Gwen Diehn book is one of my favourites and she has another called The Decorated Journal which is also excellent. I think you will be keeping that librarian busy over the next few months! We may feel limited by our own imaginations but if they give up on us there are all these wonderful books (and fellow bloggers!!!) for inspiration. I shall have to keep note of some of these - perhaps I can make a lttle book to write them all down in :-)
JillJillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18410318976755292700noreply@blogger.com
